Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email titled ‘UKAE Journey Acknowledgement‘ for the journey(s) you have paid for. It is essential to review the details provided and ensure their accuracy.

A ‘Journey Details’ email will be sent to you once your journey has been assigned to a driver. This email will contain important information, including pick-up instructions and the driver’s contact number. Please note that UK Airport Express will not be able to issue refunds if you forget to bring this information with you.

Please be aware that UK Airport Express cannot be held responsible for any missed flights under any circumstances, such as traffic delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen events.

To account for potential unforeseen delays en route to or from the airport, we strongly recommend that passengers plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight departure. If you choose not to allow this two-hour check-in time and subsequently miss your flight, UK Airport Express cannot be held liable.

While you have the freedom to arrange your arrival at the airport less than 2 hours prior to your flight departure, please be aware that UK Airport Express will not assume responsibility for any missed flights resulting from such arrangements.

We highly recommend that all passengers have adequate travel insurance in place prior to making a booking.

Please note that UK Airport Express will not refund any costs incurred by passengers who opt for alternative transport and do not wait for their assigned driver.

It is important to ensure that the passenger and luggage requirements do not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. If you have any doubts regarding the capacity of the vehicle you have booked, please promptly contact our customer services team.

For the safety of all passengers, it is required by Taxi Licensing regulations that all luggage is securely fastened in the vehicle’s boot. Please keep this in mind when selecting a vehicle.

At the time of booking, UK Airport Express must be informed if you intend to travel with animals. We reserve the right to refuse carriage of animals if not agreed upon during the booking process. Furthermore, all animals must be appropriately secured in a suitable transport box or crate. UK Airport Express cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to failure to comply with these requirements.

Please be aware that the specific route taken during your journey is at the driver’s discretion on the day of travel. While alternative routes may be requested, the driver will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.

When providing your travel details, please ensure you specify your arrival times and date into the UK, rather than your departure information.

In the event of significant flight delays, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.

While we strive to utilise our own transport whenever feasible, UK Airport Express may occasionally rely on third-party companies to fulfill our services.

In exceptional circumstances, if your originally selected vehicle is unavailable, UK Airport Express reserves the right to provide an upgraded car type for your journey.

Please be advised that reservations made for service during specific timings and dates will be subject to an additional 50% surcharge on published prices. These dates include 6:00 PM on December 24th until 11:59 PM on December 26th, and 6:00 PM on December 31st until 11:59 PM on January 1st. Other days may also be affected, so please take this into consideration when making your booking.

Rest assured that all card payments are securely processed by Opayo/Elavon (formerly Sage Pay). UK Airport Express does not store or retain any card details, except for selected metadata provided by Sage Pay (such as card type and expiry date). To ensure robust customer authentication, this service incorporates the latest 3DSv2 security checks.
