Please note that cancellations are free of charge if you notify us no later than 3 hours before your booking, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible to assist us in managing our schedules effectively. This will also allow us to accommodate other passengers efficiently, guaranteeing a smooth and seamless transportation service for everyone. Any cancellations made under the 3 hour threshold will be charged at £45 per booking.
