We take complaints very seriously and do everything we can to rectify any mistakes that may have been made. At UK Airport Express, we stand for great customer service and nothing less.

Any complaints regarding service should be raised in writing with our office, preferably by replying to your confirmation email. All complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
